Customer Reviews

The contractors arrived at the exact time they said they would. Rich and Nico worked neatly, efficiently, and very diligently. They asked questions before proceeding. Friendly, respectful, and courteous. I highly recommend these two gentlemen as well as the salesman, Adam.

Prompt scheduling for repairs. Very nice, polite ’ & professional repair guys! Explained everything well.

Great work 👏

Hard working crew, got the job done fast

The crew arrived while I was out of the house. They called to review the proposal and discuss variables they anticipated. Six hours later they finished. I was impressed. What a transition. Highly recommended.

The installation crew was amazing, professional, polite and cheerful. They made sure they understood exactly what was to be done and made sure I was satisfied that the job was completed to my satisfaction, and left detailed instructions on what to do when they left. I’d absolutely recommend!!😄

Installation crew professional, polite and cheerful, they made sure they understood exactly what was to be done and had me review after the job was complete and that I understood what I was supposed to do after the job was done. I’m very happy with the job!

From A to Z, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They explained the process clearly, completed the work on time, and the finished garage floor exceeded my expectations. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a durable, beautiful garage floor. Thank you for a job well done!

Awesome experience, great crew great work!! Thank you

Jose came on a Sunday to see our pool deck and garage. Knowing how busy our schedule was, he made the time to come on Sunday!! Amazing commitment. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and options available. Would highly recommend the services. We are on the schedule to get our garage and deck done. Looking forward to both being done. ✅

Dave was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail of the job.

My garage never look this good.

This was a seamless, easy experience from the quote process.to completion. Out installers , Danny and T were super friendly, efficient and clean. Before they left, they checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the clean up. I highly recommend them.

Ontime, great job and great guys. Not much dust at all. Lots of companies out there. This one was great. I looked at several companies.

Jordan came out and made things right. Things that The original installers couldnt do. His attention to detail is awesome now my patio looks fantastic !

Jordan and Maurice were exceptional! They gave us great service with a smile and did the work thoroughly addressing any concerns we had. We are extremely satisfied with the result and will highly recommend next level concrete.

Excellent representative. Knowledgeable and detailed. I’ve been researching this product and can’t wait to have it installed. Pricing was fair and flexible.

3/5 BUT... Overall, we're happy with how our garage floor turned out, but the process could have been much better. Our salesperson, Ian, was friendly and personable during the sale, but once we signed the contract, communication stopped. We reached out multiple times and never heard back, and there was no follow-up after the job was completed. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did quality work. The customer service representative was also always friendly and helpful every time we reached out. However, we were told (by Ian) the project would take one day, but it stretched into several days with very little communication. It felt like there was a disconnect between sales, scheduling, and the installation team. We also had several bubbles in the coating and had to submit a service ticket ourselves before they were fixed (even though the job wasn't complete/paid in full).Thankfully, they returned and corrected the issues within a week. The finished floor looks great, and we hope it lasts for years. For the price, though, we expected a smoother process and much better communication.

Incredible experience! Quality work and affordable. Thank you to the professionalism of Rich, Nico and Ricky who worked tirelessly to make our garage beautiful!! 100% Recommend these guys!

The installers did an excellent job. They were very professional. And my garage floor looks excellent! Highly recommend this flooring.

What an amazing job! We couldn't ask for a more professional experience. The gentleman were on time, and cleaned up afterwards. They went above and beyond, and we will have another project for them.We absolutely love the floors, the color is gorgeous too. 5 stars across ✨️

I hooked up your hard working crew with lunch. They are great guys and very work efficiently and hard. Im I construction contractor I know what I am looking at too. Those poor dudes have to suck in concrete dust, huff epoxy then enjoy a side order of microplastics before the Polyasparic dessert . For what I payed Next Level I hope that the company rewards them when it comes to the hourly pay. Those guys are ones representing the company. They are doing the quality work that I paid for. I hope they get their fair share as THEY are what the customer sees. THEY are the ones that need to deliver the perfect product. THEY are your representatives. Our Next Level Install Crew of Adrian and Javier showed up right on time. Our existing two-car concrete garage floor was filled with deep cracks and pitted areas. It also included a surrounding vertical wall. Adrian and Javier were friendly and very courteous, and explained the entire process before getting started. They answered all our questions throughout the day. They worked hard to give us a quality job. The area was completely cleaned before they left - you wouldn't have known they were even there except for the brand new floor and vertical walls. They transformed our garage! With a lifetime warranty, we're very satisfied with the installation and the product and would recommend Next Level to anyone looking to replace their concrete garage floor.

The crew showed up at our home on time scheduled, very polite and courteous, they did an outstanding, professional job, cleaned area after job, very satisfied with work, we highly recommend this company

Dave from Next Level Concrete Coatings in Plainville, MA, came by this afternoon to have a look at my garage, explain the steps Next Level goes through to create a poly-aspartic garage floor coating, and provide me with a detailed quote. To be honest, I had been expecting a slightly slimy and somewhat evasive salesperson (haven't we all met that type?). Dave was the complete opposite of that. He was very communicative in the scheduling phase of the appointment, arrived exactly on time, and explained in detail the chemistry and physics of poly-aspartic garage floor coatings. (I did not reveal to him that I am a chemistry instructor, but I can tell you that he got it all right!). He went over all the details of the lifetime warranty (very impressive), gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, and put me on the calendar for mid-August. If you are looking around for poly-aspartic coating quotes, I strongly recommend you schedule a visit with a Next Level Concrete Coatings representative (and ask if Dave is available)!

Team was professional. Had a small appearance concern and I reached out to my sales person Jordan. He was responsive and helped get the team back out, knowing I still had my garage empty. Adrian one of the techs understood my concern and was able to correct the appearance issue I had. My Garage floor looks absolutely amazing now. This is what I expected and they Delivered. I would absolutely recommend them.

Next Level came out last Friday and repaired a huge crack in my garage floor, and then put the coating on. They also coated my porch. It was all done in one day. They did an amazing job, it looks beautiful 💖💖💖. The two young men that did the job were polite and very professional. Jeremy is only 20 years old and has a wonderful work ethic. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the other guys name, but he has incredible work ethic also. I highly recommend them

He was clear and transparent.

Dave was an amazing rep. No pressure. Very detailed and knows the products. He was honest and fair. Highly recommended. Update: Now that the floor is in, I cannot express how happy I am with Next Level. The installers were professional, personable and talked me through every step of the process. They explained what to expect (and what NOT to expect). Additionally they talked more details on warranty. Great experience!

Next Level Concrete Coating out of the LLC. Berlin, CT location did an amazing job putting down putting down my polyaspartic flaked flooring in my two garage. Adrian was the lead guy and was most professional and detail oriented. I highly recommend Next Level ConcreteCoating, LLC.

The service so far has been nothing but professional. all our questions were answered. A detailed report of what exactly we can expect to have our garage done.

Beautiful work - looks like a brand new garage!

Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful. The garage floor cover is a very nice product. We are very happy with pur choice.

Christian our sakes representative was on point and made the process quite clear We feel good about our decision to move forward. The work crew was professional polite understood our questions and were as neat and clean as you would expect. Christian followed thru when I call him and was very accepting of my concerns. I deeply appreciate all of the staff we dealt with during this process 10+ Job well done!!

I signed up with Jose who was friendly & answered all my questions. He followed through til the end of the job. He was awesome. Adrian & Jeremy did install. Both gentlemen were very respectful & polite not just to me but to each other. They worked well together which was nice to see. They did an excellent job for me. I am very glad I chose Next Step. You won’t be disappointed

Jose came out and he was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I signed up to do my garage floor done. Not in yet but my experience so far was very good. Thank you Jose! Garage Floor completed on May 18th. Adrian & Jeremy were both friendly & respectable not only to me but with each other. They worked very well together on the project. I am very pleased with my garage floor. Jose checked in with me the day of the project & answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jose Campos, our sales guy was great and made himself available every step of the way. I was freaking out about colors for our pool deck, and he made a special trip back to our house for a second round of looking at samples. He was courteous, knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed. My skittish kitty even liked him, which was a bonus!! Isaiah and his crew were here bright and early this morning to start work. When I came home from work and saw what a beautiful 😍 job they did, I had to write this review! They'll be back in June to do our patio and retaining walls...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

George and Deion poured my new garage floor today. They were amazing! Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I would give them 6 stars.

We had a very pleasant experience with the salesperson, Andrew Schiffer, who was very punctual and pleasant. He had a great sense of humor and took the time to sit with us, answer all questions as we toggled between different colors. We look forward to having the installation done in a few weeks.

Very pleasant experience with Andrew. Simplified and explained everything so down to earth and was very patient while waiting on our choices for coating

Went through estimate and design phase. Nick is great and explains and understands our needs. We get pool deck serviced in July

I commend Jordan who showed up promptly today to repair a small area on the garage floor, he was very efficient and tidy, very happy with this company and all their workers

The garage floor looks amazing!! Jeremy and Adrian showed up exactly on time and worked their tails off all day. They always took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, and a timeline for when we could walk on the floor and when we could put our cars back in the garage. They were both so respectful, polite, and kind. We are thrilled with the results of the work and appreciate the lifetime warranty.

The guys did an excellent job, worked all day, with very satisfying results. I would highly recommend this company 👌

As advertised. The crew showed up on time . They were polite and worked well together. The job looks neat and complete.

Amazing service and product

We are working with Christian who’s professional, polite and informative sharing helpful explanations and process. Looking forward seeing the end result. Thank you, Christian

The team of three arrived at 7:30 am and worked until 4:30 pm. They took their time getting every corner, ledge and edge prepared and treated. Very polite young men too.

My wife and I were thrilled with the way our garage came out . We now have 500 sq ft more of living space we utilize the garage now with parties and get togethers . Thank you job looks better than we even imagined.

The quoting process was timely, very specific and David Compagnone was very detail oriented. He made sure my wife and I were well informed about the work for our garage floor coating surface, what the lifetime warranty covered and what our expected result would be.

Very pleased with the service and transformation of my garage floor

Jordan and Tiphon came to redo a floor that had been previously installed incorrectly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They assured that the repair would be done properly and I trust the work they did. It was great to work with such friendly service technicians.

Fantastic experience with Next Level Concrete Coatings. Next Level Design Consultant Jose Campos thoroughly explained all the options and details of the patio restoration process. George & Ricky resurfaced our old patio and it looks amazing. Due to our infamous New England weather they had to make three trips to complete the job. Professional crew, reasonable pricing and high quality work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. We were so impressed with our neighbor's Next Level floors we decided to do our patio. !!Awesome Job!!

Next Level was great to work with from beginning to end. Our garage floor looks great! Thank you!

Estimator showed up on time and moved quickly

Great customer service, fair pricing

Christian stopped by to give us an estimate on our garage floor. He was punctual, polite and he went through all the details of the process. He also got us signed up and scheduled to have our floor done

No job is without a few hiccups but in the end we are satisfied with the follow up & finished product thanks to Justin and his team! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their floor done!

Just completed a garage floor install and it looks great! The 2 person crew did a great job and never slowed down Very professional and great job cleaning up and advising how to clean and protect the new floor.

Our experience so far has been with the sales team member. We needed our pavers repaired around our pool. We had quotes over $11,000.00 for the repair from three masons. The project consisted of just leveling a few areas before we have a new pool liner installed. While doing research for pool patio repair I came across Next Level concrete. I had seen their product in Massachusetts at a children’s playground. Having no idea what the cost would be I requested a sales visit and a quote. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent samples with pictures of completed projects. There are a multitude of mixed & solid colors and trim colors available. The quote was slightly over $10,000.00 however the warranty on the material, labor, and repair sold us the product. I’ll add to this review once the project is completed .

I am very pleased with the work that Jeremy and Bryson performed on my garage floor. I am hesitant to put my material back into the garage as it will cover up a nice looking floor. Thank you for the excellent work and efficiency.

Had my garage done today by Jordan and Adrian of Next Level and I couldn’t be happier! Beautiful results, attention to detail and cleaned up well. My neighbor checked out the floor and will call to get his done soon!

Thank you again Luis and Jeremy! Unbelievable job! Fast clean and you can’t see any imperfections! If you’re looking to get your garage or patio floor done these are your guys!

Great crew, did a great job on garage floor

My project isn’t starting until a month after i wrote this. But my design consultant David was great. Talked for an hour and a half. Explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. So far I’m extremely happy and excited to see the finish.

I could not be happier with the work Jorge and Jeremy did in my basement. They were on time, professional, and incredibly hard working. They transformed my 54 year old (ugly) concrete basement floor with all of its cracks and old layers of paint into a something beautiful space. I choose the color Cabin Fever and glad I did. Thank You! I highly recommend, Next Level Concrete Coatings out of Berlin, CT My team: Jorge, Jeremy, and Jordan (sales rep)

Jose campos

What an amazing result. Everything was done with attention to the smallest details. It looks better than we had hoped for. George and Edgar were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, courteous and very skilled at putting down the floor. They left the job as clean as when they arrived.

Great experience with Next Level Jose who came out to explain the whole process was great to work with and made the whole process easy Jeremy, Jordan, Isiah and Conor were all very hard working and pleasant to deal with The price was reasonable and we were very pleased with the end result I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Jordan, Jordan and Isaiah did a fantastic job start to finish! They coated my garage and utility room. Would recommend!

Jordan, TJ, And Ray were spot on again with my second project at shop... took the look of the garage to another level. thanks again Men.... Dan

So far the process of getting a quote and setting up the job has been a great customer experience. Jordan was a great sales person. Answered all of our questions and provided a great amount of detail on the product and the process. The price seems extremely fair based on other quotes. We look forward to having the job completed in mid April.

Product is the best . Sales Rep Chris was excellent in explaining the process of how they apply there product . Along with how it is different then company's out there . Also answering all my question about different things .

Jordan and Georgie were professional courteous installers. Love the new floor!

Very professional, very informative and very willing to answer all my questions.

Very satisfied with next level. The job looks great. You would be lucky to get Raymond and TJ. Personable, precise, hard workers who did a great job! This floor coating is amazing.

Met with Jordan today regarding my garage project. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price he gave me was even better than I thought it would me and fits my budget. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Chris Berry was very knowledgeable sales associate and Stefanie Johnson administration assistant was very helpful and professional with any questions

Wow! Next Level Concrete Coatings was professional from the start with the design consultant spending time explaining their product, process, and preparation stage. The men arrived on the scheduled date, at the scheduled time, and were friendly as they confirmed the order design. They were happy to answer any questions throughout the process. We are more than pleased with the entire process and would recommend Next Level Concrete Coatings to anyone looking to resurface their garage floor.

The two main crew arrived on time. They were very diligent and efficient and courteous. The end product looked beautiful. I highly recommend Next Level Concrete Coatings.

What a product! Great installation. Too early to tell on durability, but one day after install, I’m a very satisfied customer.

Professional good pricing

We are beyond amazed by this work. I hardly want to park my car in the garage, it's too pretty!! David and Donavan were incredibly knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They take great pride in their work and I highly recommend them for any job. I am amazed such a transformation was completed in one day. Anyone that is thinking about doing this, just do it! You will be so happy you did!! Thank you Next Level Concrete!!!! Lourie & Jim Killian, Rockport, MA. Also, when the rep began explaining what they were going to do I really didn't think we would be able to afford that work. We were pleasantly surprised how reasonable this job was. I hate to say it but for what they did, I would have paid more! :)

Jeremy and Sam did a great job on my garage floor. The both were extremely courteous, but also professional and clean.

Great work at my commercial facility!

I’ve worked with Jordan and Next Level Concrete on a few projects. both my garage and basement and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My realtor originally recommended him, telling me Jordan had helped many of his clients with great experiences, and now I see why. The finished work came out perfect. Jordan was extremely thorough, professional, and easy to communicate with. He explained everything clearly, followed through exactly as promised, and delivered a flawless product. Since then, I’ve recommended him to several of my neighbors, who were just as impressed. They truly stand behind their product with no gimmicks or shortcuts like some smaller companies try to pull. If you’re considering concrete coatings, give Jordan a call…you’ll have an excellent experience from start to finish.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Jordan from Next Level Concrete Coatings. After calling multiple companies, Jordan stood out immediately. His professionalism, responsiveness, and the way he explained the entire process truly blew me away. As well as other people I recommended. He was incredibly thorough from start to finish….no shortcuts, no guesswork, just honest expertise and top-tier service. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and you can tell he genuinely cares about delivering a flawless result. If you’re considering concrete coatings, stop your search and call Jordan. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and the overall experience. Highly recommend, and so do others who I have introduced Jordan to!

Everything went perfectly. Sam and Jeremy were the installers. They came at 7:30am and were wonderful. They answered all my questions and were very professional. They cleaned up after they were finished. Jordan Flynn was the sales person who sold me the job. He explained everything to me and that’s exactly how the job went. I highly recommend using this company. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thanks to all that were involved.

Meant to do this last month. Techs were great Stephanie the admin even better. Definitely recommend the company. Thanks for a great floor.

Weather was a nightmare on the day of my job, but Stefanie at Next Level reached out to let me know they were rescheduling with professionalism. I was worried, but she put my mind at ease and the job was performed above my expectation.

I was surprised at how un-complicated it was to have our garage floor resurfaced. Their rep, Jordan Flynn, was great to talk with and knew the products they used and the methods very well. Showed us the various colors available. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. The crew of two showed up bright & early on the appointed Friday. (It was nasty cold out.) They ground the surface, and applied the various coats - and were done by 3pm. Because it was so cold, I waited a bit longer than the 48 hours necessary, and parked the cars in the garage late Monday morning. It is GORGEOUS! ...and my wife is pleased the color we chose matches the house trim. Win-win.

Second time using Next Level and again very pleased. Very competitive price, quality work and great team.

Josh and Rob did a great job on the garage and it looked great after they completed the work.

My garage was done back in October. The 2 techs that came out were very professional and did a wonderful job on my floor. I spoke with Stefanie the admin a few weeks ago because i had a problem processing my payment. She was very polite and patient with me while helping me do it. My husband called in today and spoke with her again because he had a few questions. Again she was very polite and answered all his questions. Im glad we chose Nextlevel to do our garage floor. From the techs doing a great job to Stefanie helping with everything else im very happy. If i could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

Great experience. David took the time to explain what was going to happen every step of the way. No pressure whatsoever.

Great job by Josh and Donovan , very impressive with the efficiency of your team. Answered all my questions and concerns. Love the floor , thanks again guys, Happy Holidays.

My experience with Next Level Concrete Coatings went very well. They applied a coating to my 2-car garage floor and it looks absolutely outstanding. I worked with Stefanie who was very pleasant and professional. She helped with the scheduling and payment process. The original installers Matthew and Donovan worked nonstop and worked good as a team. Bryson came out and repaired some sections that needed some detailed attention. Bryson took care of the finishing touches which makes all the difference in the world. Justin who is the Production Manger was very accommodating and helpful over the phone. He stood by his work and listened to what the issues were. Overall, I am very pleased with how the garage floor looks and I will highly recommend this company and their process to all my friends and neighbors. Paul B. from Plymouth, MA

The crew was terrific and attended to all my questions with ease. Very professional and thorough. Also spotless with everything done correctly.

I would like to start by saying the techs who came and did my basement floor were top notch. However the admin there Stephanie was beyond helpful in so many ways. She deserves 10 stars herself and then 5 for the techs. Thanks you Nextlevel for making my garage floor all I could ask for and more!

Stefanie has been a great help from helping me schedule, to confirming my appointment all the way to helping me with my payment. You guys have a great employee on your hands.

Chris the sales person gave an honest and complete assessment and quote. Jayvon and David (Install crew) did a fantastic job on my garage floor. For years the cement flooring was breaking down, had horrible cracks and divots. When they were down it's so nice. They took the worse garage floor and turned it into something beautiful. Sealed the cement, repaired the cracks, filled and leveled the divots, leaving a smooth, clean, bright and beautiful floor.

The process with NextLevel was very communicative and set expectations were very reasonable. TJ and Anthony were really great, very hard workers and the results were amazing. My only suggestion is that all smoke detectors could be easily covered with smoke detector covers and some dust mitigation would be helpful. Other than that very nicely done.

My garage was done last month by a crew of gentleman who did a great job. It was a 2 day job and one day they were going to send one crew of techs and the next day a whole other crew of techs. The first day they reached out to the office admin Stefanie who was great and kindful enough to make a few changes so i could get the same crew both days because i was so happy with their work. I just recently had to schedule a small repair to get done and Stefanie made sure to reach out to me everyday directly until we were able to come up with a day that fit both of our schedules. I am very greatful for her helping me in both cases and just Nextlevel as a company all together. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a beautiful garage floor and wonderful customer service.

Five stars for the presenter David for knowing the mechanics of the actual physical job and the paperwork/policies. Knowledgeable, personable and pleasant man with a positive attitude. I will comment on the job upon completion.

Josh and David were professional in every aspect of the job. They did terrific work in my opinion. The garage floor looked awesome when completed. Looking forward to having them resurface other areas around the house.

We are very happy with the product and service! From the initial visit with Christian to evaluate and provide an estimate to the 2 gentleman that did the installation, everything went smoothly. The installers started on time and actually finished two hours early. We could not be happier. What an improvement on the space. I also love that the company provides a lifetime warranty.

Had patio and front door landing done. Guys showed up at 7:30 and left at 3:30. Unbelievable job. This is the answer to your concrete refurbishment needs

Teejay and Sean did an amazing job on my garage floor. They arrived on time and introduced themselves before going over what exactly they would be doing. The end product looks great. Thank you both for your professional service and hard work.

My patio was done by Nextlevel back in beginning of the summer. My patio is stamped concrete so i know it made it difficult in certain areas for them to follow the process they do. Needless to say i had to have them come back out a few times to fix it. All of the techs that came out to help were great but that Stefanie I'll tell ya shes something else. She made sure that my job wasnt complete until i was happy. She always got me a scheduled asap and honestly just went above and beyond for me. Your company should be very grateful for that young woman. From what i read in the comments before leaving my own she is your best employee. You guys definitely lucked out with her. She deserves well over 5 stars and a raise for going above and beyond for her customers and the people snr

Amazing experience and job done! Our sales rep Christian was ready to communicate with. Stephanie from the office was great as well. Our technicians Sean and TJ did a meticulous & beautiful job. Very professional. Quality is 5 stars. The price is best in the market with option of 60 months 0% APR! Great warranty as well.

They work very hard to get the job done in a timely manner and are very professional and friendly people. They make sure the job is done the right way and the person who did my floor Alex is top notch.

I've dreamt about getting my garage coated for years... and my dreams have finally come true! I love the result!! Matt and Sean kicked butt ! They were professional, diligent, quality conscious and respectful. I highly recommend this company and especially this crew. Thanks Matt and Sean!

Great services in love with my new flooring! Very respectful, outstanding work! Book them for by our flooring services you want regret it! Im a very happy customer

I want to give a five star review to NEXT LEVEL concrete coding though I had a few problems they immediately came through and fixed any issue I had I work with Stephanie and she was the best I give her five stars herself, but I would definitely recommend using this company because they stand by their word

The guys were great to work with, there grinder broke down but that did not stop them from finishing. They were on there hands and knees grinding it with the edge grinders to finish. They had to come back to finish the process. But that was expected with what happened. Great job Next level concrete. Would recommend you to everyone.

Excellent service from technicians Anthony & TJ. Very pleasant and friendly in our interactions. Called to let us know their arrival time. Answered all of our questions and worked non-stop to get the job done. Cleaned up when they finished. They are an asset to the company.

The 3 guys who worked on my garage floor were professional and did an outstanding job! Very happy with the outcome. Higly recommend. You’re working on a buddy of mines garage floor next week and he saw my results and can’t wait to get his done with you!

My experience with Next Level was excellent. It started with an easy purchase with Chris, especially when we decided to make some last minute changes. The day of the installation, the team showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done, then got started. The onsite team was very professional and friendly. All the work was completed in one day, as planned, and everything was cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Next Level if you are looking for this type of work.

Great job Sam and Jeremy did an excellent job very diligent.

Anthony and TJ did a fantastic job sealing our garage floor! Thanks to their attention to detail and careful work, everything looks great!

Had them coat with Polyurea Did a great job

Next Level did a great job. A huge thank you to Jordan, Isaiah, and Matt. I highly recommend using this crew for your installation. They were courteous, professional, and had great attention to detail.

Very pleased! The guys were very friendly, good communication and did a fantastic job. The garage floor finish is just as expected. Additionally, the guys were very quality conscious, always looking for flaws and correcting them if there were any. We highly recommend NextLevel for Concrete coating. In fact, several of our neighbors are already interested!

Service hasn't been completed yet but the consultant (Dave aka coach Vrabel) who came out here was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He made the process super easy. Strongly recommend them so far.

Love my floor! Can't say enough about this Company. From the beginning when speaking with Stefanie ( office administrator) and then Justin ( production manager ) they were very professional. Paid close attention to every detail and were very thorough. Thank You again.

Had my pool deck done with Nextlevel a few years back. Just recently called in to get some minor repairs done. I spoke with the woman in the office Stefanie and the production manager Justin. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the product and what repairs needed to be done. Stefanie was very accommodating when scheduling my repair as I have a crazy work schedule. She also reassured me that I have a life time warranty and any problems I have going forward will also be addressed in a reasonable time frame. Very happy I went with this company. Thank you Nextlevel!

We had Next Level come out for under our deck and some stairs, Josh and Nate provided excellent work, they were professional, personable, and cleaned up everything when they were done. This was a repair/fix to an earlier project that Next Level did. We had a few cracks and some separation on the stairs; this company stands by their warranty. Stephanie was very helpful with setting up the repair. Would highly recommend Next Level and Josh and Nate!

I had my floors done by next level concrete and the representative who answered the phone named Stefanie was extremely polite and very easy to work with she did amazing job keep up the good work!!!!

Fast and professional. Noah and his team made it easy to do the concrete coating on my new garage's floor. It's beautiful. The hard working gentlemen who came to my home were both courteous and professional. They took time to ask if I was happy with how things looked - and they beamed with pride when I shared that they helped make my dream garage come true. Thanks Next Level!

Great job, efficient, no messes, I would highly recommend them

The guys are just finishing up our project of concrete stair covering. They have been very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and neat. Matt is a great leader and Gil and David all work good together. All my questions were answered, they actually vacuumed our driveway. Real customer service is alive and well at Next Level Concrete Covering.

Noah from Next Level Concrete came out to measure and give me a quote on their concrete floor coating for my 2 car garage. He arrived early and was extremely knowledgable as well as efficient with Laser measuring the garage, showing colors of the Expoxy available and giving me a quote right on spot. Im extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and pricing and can not wait for my new expoxy garage floor to be done.

Had my garage floor done, the crew was very polite. The floor was finished in one day and all cleaned when done. The product looks even better in person I would recommend to everyone.

This Company is a class act through and through. Nothing but great things to say from the crew to the management team! And if you ever get a chance to meet Devin he’ll light up your day! Thank you Next Level!

Sales rep was incredible. Chandler made sure he explained every detail of the work, and kept in contact with me throught he whole process. Great Job! Use them for your next coating!!

I can’t believe how smooth the process was from the start to the end! Definitely recommend these guys!

Boom goes the coolest floor on the block. I’m still amazed when I walk out to my garage. Great company to work with.

If your looking for a beautiful floor coating, this is the place. I’ve had mine done since July and I STILL love going out to garage and just admiring it. I know I’m a geek that way.

This company did a terrific job! Highly recommend.

Best contractor experience I have had in years, well done from start to finish.

One of the best concrete coating companies I could find in MA / CT area. Product is awesome, installed by a professional team, backed by a reputable company. You will not be disappointed

I got my floor done by them and I am more than pleased! They did an amazing job, the staff was great and I was very happy I went with them.

I recently had my garage floor coated, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! From start to finish, the communication was fantastic. Every step was explained clearly, which I really appreciated since this was my first time having something like this done. The crew was awesome — they showed up on time, worked hard, and paid attention to every detail. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right, and the prep work they did made all the difference. If you’re thinking about getting your garage floor coated, I’d definitely recommend this team. Great people, great communication, and amazing results!

Great service! They were great at sending out reminders about my install date!! The job was done well in a fashionable timeframe! Would definitely recommend! They are very knowledgeable on their product and will ensure you get just what you’re looking for.

Had my install 2 years ago today... and it still looks good as new!!! So thankful I had decided to go with Next Level. I had a GREAT sales rep and a wonderful install team!

Constant communication and confirmations of appointment date and time. Jose is personable and thorough, and answered all questions.

Jordan and George did a great job resurfacing our two-car garage, working around some cabinets we could not move and several surface cracks. They arrived on schedule and completed the work on schedule. They gave attention to several details requiring special attention. Both were sociable and easy to work with. Cleanup was spotless. No overspray on walls, even the driveway was vacuumed. They even took the time to install plastic wrap on the garage face to help deal with an oncoming storm. The look is phenomenal, and we are very pleased.

Please be sure to thank Alex and his crew for the outstanding work they did on recoating my garage floor. It looks wonderful! These three young men were courteous, professional, hardworking, and they also paid excellent attention to details, which made the project even that more special.

Alex's crew was professional, upbeat, and paid attention to details. They did an excellent job repairing my garage floor. I was impressed that they did this great work in less than a day!

They did a wonderful job and they did it all in one day.

We were pleased with how Next Level resolved an issue with damage to our driveway when having the garage floor coated. Deven was in constant communication with me to address our concerns. We would recommend Next Level Concrete because of their dependability and knowledgeable.

Jordan was on time (early) for our appointment. No pressure, very knowledgeable and great insight into the job and what to expect. Felt very comfortable with the pricing and next steps. I'll let you know more when the project is done! UPDATE!!! The team arrived at 8 am and we're finished by 1 pm. Not as much dust as I imagined. They worked clean and speedy. It changed the whole appearance of my garage. UNBELIEVABLE

Just met and signed up for them to coat my floor. Dave C was our salesman. Great job, thorough, attentive and arrived on time! All good. He explained the details of their process and I was very impressed. Can’t wait to have my new garage floor!

Overall I am happy with my new garage floor. The installers were on time, friendly and very hard working. They were willing to discuss all aspects of the job. That said, there were two times during the job progress where I feel they rushed it a bit and I feel I got a slightly less than perfect job because of it. There are a some areas with inconsistent thickness (can see roller marks), and a couple areas where there is puddling of topcoat. Luckily they are in an inconspicuous corner. I am probably being too picky here given I have seen similar inconsistencies on several other coating company web sites in pictures where they showcase their work. So my job is probably above average but not quite perfect. Price was reasonable and didn't change. Sales process and scheduling was very good. One request to Next Level management: Please require your employees to wear a mask and hearing protection during the grinding process. That dust and noise can not be good for them!

So far so good! Chris B. Has been awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient with my multitude of questions. Chris even met with me a second time at their warehouse on his day off to show me actual installed floors. Above and beyond! My install is scheduled for mid September. I’ll be sure to leave a review of how that goes. If the installers are as competent as the salesman, I’m sure there will be no issues. Great job. Very efficient. Looks great!

Very professional workers. Spent all day sanding painting and finishing the floor. We had large cracks in the floor and they can’t be seen. Well worth the money.

I’m very pleased with the results of the job the crew from Next Level did. My garage looks amazing!!! The crew work hard and did amazing work. I can’t wait to show the neighbors they will all be jealous. Thank You Next Level.

Our concrete garage floor was a deteriorating mess. Next Level came in and did an amazing job. It looks like a new garage. The two workers spent just one day and we couldn't be happier.

Got my proposal today. Received a very professional and thorough presentation and a fair price. I'll report back after installation. So far ... great!

The gentleman was kind, quick and showed me how my garage and home could benefit

the warranty, the color choices, the incentives, looking forward to seeing the finished product

The crew was on time and very polite. Went right to work. I am so pleased with our Garage Floor! The color Cherokee and looks better than the sample. The guys cleaned up everything and was completed in one day. Would recommend Next Level Concrete Coatings to friends & neighbors.

Jose was great salesman. Explained the details of the project and answered all my questions. Happy to do business with him and Next Level.

The crew did a beyond outstanding job on our pool deck. No short cuts were taken as they did a thorough job. 5 star result!

Our experience with Next Level Concrete Coatings was excellent from the get go. The request for a quote process was easy and I received a call within an hour. That same day, just a few hours later, David arrived fully prepared to thoroughly explain the entire process and products. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive. Their available dates were also quite convenient. I will update this post once the job is complete.

After sending a request for a quote on FB, I was called within an hour and had a scheduled appointment same day. A very knowledgeable man named Dave arrived (on time) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the process, product and attention to details was second to none. I was so very impressed his presentation that I signed up on the spot. I would highly recommend to all!!

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Next Level Concrete (Berlin)! From the speed to contact and setting up the inspection/quote with Aidin, to the quick and professional work done by Jordan & Michael, 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!

Luis and Jeremy from Next level arrived at my house early and worked their tails off all day. When they were done they did a great job on cleanup as well. What a fabulous job they did and the garage floor looks fantastic! I highly recommend this team of professionals.

The floor looks awesome and the workers Jeremy and Luis were very professional and courteous. A great investment thank you

Great job all looks beautiful. These guys were great that came to do the work. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a coated floor.

Great finished project/product. Hard working crew.

All was professionally done. From introduction to the product to scheduling and installation of the product. All on time. They worked hard and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. Jordan F, worked with me and got me the Best price for our garage size. Of course, time will tell, how this will work out in the cold, snowy and freezing temps. Had this same flooring in Florida and love it. Will see how the flooring will hold up to the Connecticut weather. Great warranty and maintenance instructions as well.

Jordan is knowledgeable and responsive. Looking forward to reporting on the projects

Our experience with Next Level was very good. Would have been excellent if not for the miscommunication with the date of hleyaving the work done. The garage floor looks great and has made a big difference in appearance. The workers were friendly and worked very efficiently.

Great job. Hopefully will last for a lifetime!

Jose was very knowledgeable and professional, he even was able to come earlier than scheduled! Jose went over everything thoroughly, explaining the process and the products to be used in coating my garage floor. I'm excited to see the end results!

What an amazing job! Jose came out to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew that did the job were courteous, neat and explained the process to me. They also explained how to maintain it. Floor looks so good and gives the the garage a whole new vibe! Highly recommend..

From the consultation to installation, Next Level was knowledgeable and professional.

Next Level did a great job on our outdoor patio! From the initial call they were very easy to deal with and very professional. Dave, the sales rep came out and answered all our questions. He was very informative and professional. While the weather delayed our project several times we are very happy with the final product. Installers were prompt and efficient in completing the job. We are very happy with the transformation from a concrete slab to a beautiful, maintenance free out space! Thank you Next Level-Plainville!

They did a real nice job garage floor looks great. It has only been about 3 weeks since they did it. It looks like it will last many years I hope so life time warranty only time will tell.

Absolutely love our new pool patio coating! Next Level Concrete Coatings did an amazing job—super professional, fast, and the finish looks incredible. It’s cooler on bare feet, slip-resistant, and really upgraded our backyard. Highly recommend!

Dave was fantastic!! He was extremely thorough in telling us the process from start to finish- very detail oriented. Very informative and loved his approach!!

Their work was flawless and I now have the promised perfectly impervious new garage floor. Big cracks completely disappeared. I have shown the floor to several friends who were very impressed with everything about the application and looks. Very professionally done and the salesperson and customer service was excellent. They were easy to communicate with at will. Highly recommended!!

I did much research on garage floor coating and Next Level explained the advantages of there Polyurea vs epoxy and I was sold on the product and the knowledge of the sale associate (David) who came to explain the program. Great price compared to others I had quotes from. Came out beautiful. 10+

A few scheduling and communication problems but at the end of the day the floor looks great. Hopefully it will hold up as promised.

Jordan was wonderful. Very personable. Spent the time I needed to address any concerns, answer questions I might have and was quite helpful with choosing the color/pattern of 'overlay' for my patio. He was patient with me, made the process so easy.

Awesome results! Transformed our garage floor. The workers were professional, talented, and a pleasure. Thrilled!

It all went very well, and our garage floor looks great. My only issue is that there are so many exclusions in the warranty, I can't think of anything that would be covered.

It looks fantastic and the two gentlemen who did the job were skilled and knowledgeable. There was a lot of dust, but the men did a good job of cleaning up. The real test comes in a year, after rain & snow are on the garage floor to see if it holds up like promised and guaranteed. So check back in with me, and hopefully the company will ask in a year. Dave on Cape Cod.

Next Level concrete does an outstanding job refinishing garage floors. Their employees proudly represent the product and are very customer oriented.

We had an incredible experience with David Compagnone from Next Level Concrete Coatings. From the moment he walked in, David was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the product. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all of our questions, and truly sold us on the value of the garage coating—without ever being pushy. His presentation was top-notch, and it was obvious he genuinely believes in the quality of what they offer. We’re beyond excited for our garage transformation and feel 100% confident we made the right choice thanks to David. If you’re considering upgrading your concrete surfaces, do yourself a favor and call David. He’s the real deal!

Chris explained everything to both of us and answered all of our questions without wasting our time and made sure to put all our requests and expectations into the contract so Dennis and Matt knew exactly what we wanted.

We couldn’t be more happier of the job Next Level did. What a transformation, I wish we did this years ago. I tried doing it myself years ago and it didn’t last. Hire the pros and go with Next Level. Thanks guys!

Used Next Level to refinish the floors in my business. Jose’ showed up on time for the quote, and was very professional. The team that did the work did a fine job. I asked them to touch up a few things, and they had no problem correcting the issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this service.
