12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Level Concrete Coatings, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Submissions, or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NH, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is the state or federal courts located in NH, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal action, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting us in writing at the address below and providing a brief written description of the dispute and the relief sought. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

15. Entire Agreement; Severability
